Increases adhesion between the plastic and the repair, and is absolutely necessary on PTO and thermo plastics.
Do not use on SMC or Fibreglass
SIMPLE TEST
- Simply shave a small piece of the plastic
- Get a tumbler of water
- Place shaving in the water
- If it floats, you must use Primer
- If it sinks, Primer is not needed
